About Anita
I have been part of the financial services industry for over 16 years and like to take a holistic approach with my clients considering a broad range of financial advisory areas to assist them in achieving their goals. This can include but is not limited to; insurance or risk protection for families and/or businesses, financial independence & retirement planning, wealth creation or capital preservation, and investment planning advice.
I like to work with people just like you to give clarity around their goals and help them gain a sense of financial comfort. I offer insight and expertise in a range of areas, plus have a larger nationwide team to draw upon if needed. I partner alongside my clients to help them transition through their various life stages.
I am fully qualified and hold a Massey University Graduate Diploma in Business Studies endorsed in Personal Financial Planning and Personal Risk Management. To date, I am part of the Trusted Adviser Network and have received both the CLUcm as a Certified Life Underwriter and Certified Financial Planner (CFPcm ) within the financial services industry.
I am long-time married to Brent with three grown children, and I live in Te Awanga in Hawkes Bay. I have a genuine interest in the disability sector as we cope with our oldest child who has special needs.
One of my greatest pleasures is walking our little dog along the beach in the early mornings as I soak in the early sun rays. I enjoy daily Pilates and Yoga and love to attend weeklong yoga retreats where possible. I like to bike off road and partake in hiking and generally enjoy nature, and either to cycle or walk the many trails that New Zealand offers. For home leisure activities it might be catching up with friends/family, reading, crocheting, wordle/tradle, movies & mahjong. Plus, I have a real focus on positive aging with a strong leaning toward health and wellness.
My Three Golden Rules
- Plan for uncertainty as life is never certain.
- Life can throw curve balls.
- Things are not always as they seem.
Neither Lifetime nor I have been subject to a reliability event. A reliability event is something that might influence you in deciding whether to seek advice from either myself or Lifetime. As an example, this would be a serious event such as legal proceedings against me, or bankruptcy in the last four years.
